United by Purpose, Empowering Lives Together."
Mission
Listen First
Lead With Compassion
Be Optimistic
Do Not Judge
Lend An Helping Hand
To remind those in distressed situations that there are people who care, acknowledge, and are working to create change in their lives and the community. We commit ourselves eagerly to the adaptation of our mission in order to meet the new challenges facing the homeless in our contemporary society. The spirit of God moves us to action with reverence for the quality of life for all we serve and the elimination of the causes of homelessness in our times.
Collaborations are essential in the fight against PTSD because no single organization, individual, or service can address its complex and deeply personal impacts alone. By working together—veterans, mental health professionals, nonprofits, community leaders, and advocates—we create a stronger, more unified support system that bridges gaps in care, enhances access to resources, and fosters a culture of understanding. These partnerships allow for shared knowledge, innovative solutions, and a holistic approach that prioritizes both emotional healing and long-term recovery. Together, we can break the silence, reduce stigma, and build a resilient network of hope for those affected by PTSD.
Meet The Founder
Timitra Martin, MSW, RCSWI

I am a Registered Clinical Social Worker Intern in the state of Florida, working in Coral Springs and West Palm Beach. I have diverse experience working with children, adolescents, and senior communities across many settings. I have serviced the community through providing on-site behavioral and mental health settings. I have and continue to be a beacon in the Guardian Ad Litem Program in Florida, curating a life of positive influence in the youth and families involved.
I work with all humans who struggle with mental and behavioral issues. This may look like: withdrawal or avoiding social interactions, difficulty concentrating, changes in school performance, extreme irritability, difficulty sleeping, overall drastic changes in mood, behavior, or personality. I have experienced aiding those who come to therapy for support with family relational issues/transitions, anxiety, attention deficit and hyperactivity, behavioral problems, and depression. I strive to create a safe and open space where my clients feel comfortable exploring their emotions and behaviors. I have worked with clients ages 5 and beyond. I have found great success in working with clients with Autism and Executive Functioning, Anxiety Disorders, Social Issues, Children and Families dealing with divorce and Trauma. I have also worked with the LGBTQ+ population.
I believe in humanizing a strong therapeutic connection with my clients. I meet my client where they are while encouraging their growth, increasing awareness, and providing useful tools to help address concerns. I utilize trusted therapeutic techniques that work best for the client. I am experienced in utilizing Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Solution Focused Therapy, and Motivational Therapy. I am passionate about removing barriers that stand in the way of a positive quality of life. I understand the vital role of goal setting, communication, skill-building and managing emotions. I am excited to start creating change in your life.
